A Nevada woman has been sentenced to 25 years in federal prison for producing child pornography after sexually abusing a four-year-old child and distributing explicit material to a co-offender.
An indictment has been unsealed in Salt Lake City, Utah, charging Jose Cesar Paredes-Davila, a 33-year-old Mexican national living in the United States on an expired visa, with alleged drug trafficking offenses.
Three Mexican nationals living in Salt Lake City have been indicted by a federal grand jury on multiple drug charges following the seizure of significant quantities of fentanyl and heroin.
