CENTERVILLE CITY NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AND AMEND THE GENERAL PLAN
Notice is hereby given that Centerville City intends to prepare a proposed General Plan enactment or amendment regarding CMC 12-490, Moderate Income Housing Plan to further address state statutes regarding the need for Moderate Income Housing.
A public hearing will be held with the Centerville City Planning Commission on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at 7:00pm or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah.
