City of Ephraim issued the following announcement on May 31.

NOTICE OF SEVEN PUBLIC HEARINGS

Ephraim City will hold seven separate public hearings on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Ephraim City Council Chambers, 5 South Main, Ephraim, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment, as follows: 1) Proposed Fire Protection Services rate increase; 2) Proposed Sewer rate increase; 3) Proposed Water rate increase; 4) Proposed Electric rate increase; 5) Public Hearing to open and adjust the 2021-2022 budget; 6) Enterprise Fund Hearing to consider the transfer of Enterprise Funds to other funds; 7) Public Hearing to adopt the 2022-2023 budget. Copies of the budget are available for review in the Ephraim City offices.  In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals in need of assistance should notify City Hall (435) 283-4631, at least three days prior to the meeting.

The average VA Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan (IRRRL) amount in Utah during the first quarter of fiscal year 2026 was $536,550, according to figures provided by the Veterans Affairs Home Loans Index.
