Southbound I-15 in Davis County set for three-night closure starting October 30

The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) has announced that southbound Interstate 15 in Davis County will be closed overnight for three nights to allow crews to remove overhead signs. The closures will take place from 10:15 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30, as well as on Nov. 1 and Nov. 2. The affected section stretches between 200 North in Kaysville and Park Lane in Farmington.

During the closure periods, traffic will be rerouted to the Park Lane interchange using 200 North and Main Street.

UDOT emphasized that construction schedules depend on weather conditions and may change if necessary. For updated information about traffic restrictions during construction, UDOT advises drivers to visit the UDOT Traffic website or use the UDOT Traffic app for iPhone or Android devices. Updates are also available through UDOT’s social media accounts on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
