The CENTERVILLE is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
- The CENTERVILLE tax on a $546,000 residence would increase from $283.18 to $374.47, which is $91.29 per year.
- The CENTERVILLE tax on a $546,000 business would increase from $514.88 to $680.86, which is $165.98 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, CENTERVILLE would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 32.26% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
