American Fork High School student council is hosting a Light Night on Wednesday, December 7th from 6-9pm at the AFHS south parking lot. It is a free drive-thru light show. Donations are accepted and all of the donations go to families in American Fork City in need.

Family #1: A refugee family. Due to hard times, the kids help carry the financial burden. They need help getting basic winter necessities.
Family #2: This student was in a car accident recently and hasn’t had a Christmas Present in many years. The family needs some help with making this holiday bright.
Family #3 and 4: These families come to AF from another country. The father is still in the other country and the mother provides for the household.
Family #5: This family has recently relocated to American Fork. They are a family of 5 and in need of some help.
Family #6: Father had surgery and has been in the hospital for several months. The student is working a lot to help support and help families. They could just use all the support they can get!
Family #7, #8: Students often don't eat lunch due to hardships with food at home. The family of 6 could use our help with food and clothing this winter.
Family #9: Student lives with a single mom. Student works after school to help mom with bills.
Family #10: This family is dealing with food scarcity. School has become their refuge, and we would love to help make their home feel safe as well.
Family #11: Our AFHS student is in a family of 6 kids. The father has physical disabilities which puts all the financial strain on the mother. We would like to help this family get what they need this winter.
