The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), a prominent small business advocacy group, has announced its support for Rep. John Curtis in his bid for the United States Senate.

Casey Hill, NFIB Utah State Director, praised Curtis for his commitment to supporting small businesses and job creation, stating, “Throughout his career, Rep. Curtis has focused on supporting small businesses and creating jobs. He is known for his ability to work across the aisle, finding consensus to achieve pro-business and pro-jobs policies that benefit Main Street. In Congress, Rep. Curtis is a Guardian of Small Business and a cosponsor of the Main Street Tax Certainty Act to save the 20% Small Business Deduction. On behalf of Utah’s small business community, we are pleased to endorse Rep. Curtis for the U.S. Senate today.”

Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director, echoed this sentiment, noting Curtis's record of supporting business issues. She remarked, “Rep. John Curtis deeply understands business issues and has been a trusted ally of Main Street during his time in Congress. Rep. Curtis has a 100% NFIB voting record, proving that he will continue to be a strong voice for small business if elected to the U.S. Senate. We are proud to endorse him today.”

The endorsement comes from NFIB FedPAC, the NFIB’s political action committee. This committee is funded by voluntary contributions from members above their regular dues, with decisions based on a grassroots evaluation process managed by members.
