Uintah High School announced on April 14 a postcard design contest open to all current students in grades nine through twelve. The school is inviting students to create designs that will be used for postcards distributed next year, with a submission deadline of May 15.

The contest aims to encourage student creativity and involvement in school communications. Students can submit their entries by bringing them to the front office or by emailing carissa.magee@uintah.net.

According to the announcement, submitted designs must be appropriate for both the school environment and cultural standards. Entries will be evaluated based on color, contrast, and overall design.

Three winning designs will be selected from among the submissions. Winners are expected to be contacted before the end of the current school year so their work can be featured in upcoming postcards.

This initiative offers an opportunity for students to showcase their artistic talents while contributing directly to how Uintah High School communicates with its community.
