Utah Tech concluded its 2025-26 season with a fifth-place finish at the final Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Women’s Golf Championships, which ended on April 22 at The Clubs of Stonebridge Ranch Hills Course in McKinney, Texas.

The event marked the last WAC championship for women’s golf. Utah Tech posted scores of 311, 311, and a tournament-best round of 298 on the final day to finish with a total score of plus-56 (920). This performance moved the team up one spot on the leaderboard during the last round.

Tarleton State claimed the conference title with a combined score of plus-25 (889), finishing ahead of Abilene Christian (+36, 900) and UT Arlington (+40, 904). California Baptist secured fourth place eight strokes ahead of Utah Tech. Utah Valley and Southern Utah rounded out sixth and seventh places respectively.

Four Trailblazers finished among the top twenty individual players. Senior Jane Olson capped her collegiate career tied for fourteenth after shooting rounds of 74, 78, and a final-round five-over-par 77. Juniors Mia Cesarek and Samantha Phelan both tied for sixteenth at plus-14 (230), while sophomore Maria Purroy Galan climbed five spots in the standings to tie for eighteenth after posting a one-over-par round in her finale.
