Do you want to feel good from the inside out? Join Kristen Rutter for a dynamic practice that unites body, mind and breath. Every Vinyasa class is unique, creating the opportunity to become stronger, more flexible, and balanced, while practicing being present in the moment. Bring your own mat, strap and block. (Limited number available to borrow.)

Bio for Kristen Rutter

Kristen Rutter has been a student of yoga for over 20 years and has been a certified teacher since 2011. She is also a certified Life Coach and Meditation Guide. Kristen believes in making yoga accessible to all abilities and loves to see the transformation that yoga can facilitate in her students’ lives. “Yoga is not about flexibility, it is about becoming aware of the beautiful connection between our mind, body and spirit”.
